Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by UX Studio.design ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services

UX Studio.design provides UX design consulting, research, and strategy services. The scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate statement of work or project agreement agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, without prior notice, modify or discontinue any aspect of our services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All tools, methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing materials developed by UX Studio.design remain our intellectual property. These are not transferred as part of any project engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables until overdue invoices are settled in full.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose any non-public information about your business to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

We may engage trusted contractors or sub-consultants to assist in delivering your project. They are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UX Studio.design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
